Thank you for your feedback. We’re working on the ability to view a coworker’s calendar from the search box. We’ll reply back once we have an update.
In the meantime, to view a coworker’s calendar, you can go to the calendar navigation pane, select “Import calendar”, and then select “From directory” in the dialog. I agree -- as a business user it's a nuisance. If I forget to remove the charm while setting up the calendar invitation, the only way to do so later is to send a calendar update to all the attendees -- not good.

When searching in a calendar, when results are found in a repeating entry, search should find the specific instance(s) of the entry which contain the results, not just the repeating entry itself.
