Reporting to Hotmail / Outlook / Microsoft is pretty well pointless and I can't block those fake e-mail addresses so I had to come up with my own solution by attacking the source. I have had some success getting rid of labeltogo.ddns.net and ioenkj.gotdns.ch spam which has been using Amazon AWS SES servers in several countries with spoofed e-mail address all starting with 🗻🗻🗻🗻 and different Amazon AWS IPs. In some cases, the links eventually bounced to web pages hosted on Amazon AWS servers. Reported all of this to abuse(at)amazonaws(dot)com and at least the web pages themselves got taken down. I am getting fewer of that spam and other senders using similar tactics - down from fifteen a day to one every couple of days. It does take some knowledge of reading headers, checking links, replacing the bounces with the actual web page address in the report on the code (using the "View message source" option in the menu when viewing the e-mail) but it does work.

Certainly looking forward to w a way of blocking IP ranges and top level domains. Spam is exploding. The way spammers randomly change source IPs and domain names, it isn't useful to simply block individual IPs, addresses or domains. Constantly changing subject lines for the same spam and hiding info in images so there is nothing to block makes filtering impossible.
