Your "Block Senders" function is not working correctly, unless it merely moves the messages t0 junk mail. If that is the case, please indicate that in the information about blocked senders, so we can stop wasting our time reporting junk mail received.

Also, your "Phishing Scam" reporting seems to be ineffective, as the same scammers continue to do business as evidenced by how many junk mails still come from these same sites.

Finally, does ANYONE make an effort to block at the source these sites like "clialiedge.com" that generate massive numbers of junk mail. Couldn't you just block those at your servers and not pass them through at all? That would reduce both load and storage consumption on your servers, and reduce the aggravation for your clients.

There are also emails that display an address that you can write to unsubscribe from their emails. Interestingly, a huge number of these emails reference an address of "75 Arlington Street Suite 500 Boston, MA 02116". Maybe someone could stage a raid like in the beginning of the movie "Three Days of the Condor"...

    Just sayin

Provide ability to EXPORT emails (and contacts) to .pst files or plain text so that we can save them or incorporate into other tools. or file and archive offline. It is bad enough that I lost very important emails when switching from Hotmail to Outlook! I want to be able to preserve important emails outside of email. The "Save to OneNote" is not sufficient - and besides, it doesn't work.

There is a "+" next to "Folders" at the top of the list of Folders. Click on the + to add a folder.

Katie Louise, There is a "Phishing scam" selection under the Junk drop down.
Hopefully it also puts the sender in the blocked sender list. I'd like the option to block everything from the same domain, once I examine it. You can go ahead and block everything to me from .ru!

Hopefully Microsoft does something with them immediately to prevent them being propagated to everyone else...

Agreed! Whose brilliant idea was it to remove the "Empty" button from Junk? Does anyone review these changes and approve them before the developers start making such changes? SURELY a competent Product Manager would consider removing such an obvious function a BAD IDEA!

Working on it  ·  WebOlkUVTriage responded

The ability to select all messages in a given folder (not only the ones that are in view) is being worked on. As soon as we have an update on this, I’ll share with the users in this forum.

Not a given FOLDER - I don't want to select all the records in my Inbox! I want to select everything on the current PAGE that I can see, and then deselect the ones that I don't want to apply an operation to, like Delete or Junk or Move. I don't want to select everything on every page that I can't even see - especially when you don't preserve the selections when going from one page to the next!

How about user testing of prototypes before releasing a product to the general public? How about user feedback on proposed changes before wasting development time producing changes that no one wants? How about a user pahel to review a product roadmap before just making changes? Doesn't this product have a Product Manager to manage these things?

Trying to save an email document to OneNote. Running Outlook.com. Menu selection says "Save to OneNote". Attempting to do so give error, "The message couldn't be saved to OneNote. Please try again."

Also, In addition, in the "Save to OneNote" window, at the bottom it says, "Select a location", then a dropdown labeled "Default notebook" in the box with a twisty. Clicking on the twisty brings up, "Loading...", and it stays that way forever... despite the fact that there are multiple Notebooks defined, and available, as evidenced by the ability to share the contents of those notebooks between the PC (Windows 10), and the iPhone (IOS 9.3.x).

Suggestion: Make the "Save to OneNote" actually work.
