cannot edit contacts or delete them. There should be an easy to find button to edit or delete. I have looked everywhere and find nothing. (How can you overlook the most fundamental needs of the contact list?)

Filter do NOT work: I get this spam from Inogen Oxygen. I want to create a rule for the spam that says if received from "Inogen Oxygen" then move to deleted. BUT your rules do not allow me to do that! It wants to go to a contact in my contacts list. The prevents me from blocking spammers who change their unique sent from address each time they send the same message. Example today Inogen Oxygen <2IrDWUUZHI@fromdeals.info>

FIX this rule set up so that I can specify whatever I want to call the the sender (as it appears in the Inbox) and then act upon it with a rule ! this will allow me to effectively manage spammers. They know you cannot do this (it appears since they are able to outwit you now.)

I want to creat e a rule to delete any message from a sender's email website although the sender's name may vary the site does not: such as blahblah@fromdeals.info: I want to block any emails from fromdeals.info but right now the rule does not allow me to do that since it wants to only let me block a specific sender at an email address. this is not powerful enough. EMAL was a huge problem for some time and I wanted to do this then. PLEASE allow me to defeat these spammers by blocking their email server address.

Why are spam emails not spotted and filtered? They come from a common source in large numbers and have the same subject lines (as well as content.)

I mark spam and phishing scams and you are NOT doing anything to stop them as I continue to get the same things repeatedly.

    Are they paying you?

I am getting deluged with SPAM . They almost ALL cite my recovery email address from one of my two HOTMAIL accts. I consider this to be YOUR FAULT. You insisted I have a backup email and now the result is this.

PLEASE FIX the SPAM!!! It is the result of your policies.

LinkedIn emails are phishing. They are coming fast and in numbers. The sources are all over the place and claim I have been in a number of searches. I do NOT have a LinkedIn account!

    Please stop this phishing spam.

    get the message?!?

You have inbox nail and junk mail but there should be a defeat for SPAM rather than calling it Phishing. This would highlight SPAM from numerous recipients so you could filter it out from even Junk email.

I use the junk folder for secondary quality email. But it also gets pure phishing and SPAM in it. I would like to help ID the bad stuff so you can deal with them on a systemic basis. If many people did then you can stop the bad stuff before it arrives. they don't have a right to put things in my inbox so let's do something? Give me another choice besides phishing scam to delete and ID bad email.

DOES NOT WORK RIGHT : I correct a "PEOPLE" email address and save it. Then send emails to that person and the incorrect address is used DESPITE the contact file showing the new (corrected ) address. THIS STINKS! I now have to resend all manuallly PLUS I CANNOT TRUST THIS SOFTWARE to work.

I have enabled filters for many words such as VIAGRA. But the spam keeps coming through, Why don't they work?
