The new version of hotmail.com is absolutely diabolical. It shows that I have 10 emails in my inbox but the dont show up when I want to view them. Then when I try to delete the the show up again in my inbox. I must have deleted them about 6 times and they are still showing up in my inbox. Contemplating using a different email provider.
