    1. Please bring back the right-click context menu to View Source Headers. 2. Please terminate spam at your Exchange Servers and do not deliver them to even our Junk Email folders! 3. Spammers have found a way to add themselves to our Subscription list to bypass both your spam filter and my account's rules!!

Please block spam! I'm receiving spam directly into my inbox now, instead of going into the Junk Email folder! I'm being badgered and abused from 3 main culprit (ddns.net, gotdns.ch, and *.xyz) on a daily basis. They're sending out flood of spam from AWS servers. I have complained to Amazon and they've asked me to forward the Source Email Headers to them on a daily basis to identify the culprit. And here's the catch-22, by reporting them to Amazon, I think your servers are erroneously identify me as a spammer and giving me a message that I've exceeded my daily quota of sending out emails! I've been a Hotmail user since 1995 and have NEVER abused my account. Not sure what's going on...

Also, I'm not sure what's going on with my Outlook.com account as of the beginning of the new year. Something has changed.... I used to receive about average of 4-10 spam daily and Microsoft has always been very ACCURATE and great at identifying SPAM and sending it to my Junk Email folder, but as of 2-3 days ago, suddenly, spam is going into my inbox instead!!

I read on your forums that the Junk Email Rules are pointless for free hotmail accts and they're ignored. Is this true? I guess since your services catch spam ahead of time, the rules are pointless, regardless of having a free acct or not?!

You're very greate and accurate at identifying spam! So why can't you just terminate them right there and then and not even bother to deliver it into our accounts to any folder, not even Junk Email folder. No one wants to see them! Do you even read or monitor your own forums witnessing the sheer number and volume of complaints about the same topics, mainly junk email? Why do our complaints with Microsoft always fall on deaf ears? Do you get paid for delivering spam?

    Thanks

    Sia

It's really ANNOYING that you took away the "right-click, view source" feature. Please stop insulting us and treating us like children!

What's with the ugly cluttering "Notes" and "Conversation History" folders? Give us a way of removing them. They are USELESS and do nothing but clutter the UI.

Give us an option to hide the OBNOXIOUS Archive and Conversation History folders and any other folders we choose to hide!

I would like to be able to sort my "Sent Items" folder by "Sent To" and be able to delete all emails sent to a specific person by checking their boxes. Currently you can only sort by date and size which is absolutely pointless!!
