Yes, also include an option to have a default signature per address selected from the From field.

Please be sure this includes embedding the sig when sending from a mobile device (Exchange and Outlook.com). Because we can't use rich text and embedded images in Outlook for Android, having our sig autoattached is the only way for the proper company logo and signature block to be included when sending from mobile.

Yes, please do this on a per-account basis. Have Exchange, Outlook.com, and all servers that MS controls sync the signature for that account. In addition, it should be possible to store miscellaneous signatures in a user's OneDrive account for various third party and POP mail accounts (e.g., gmail, Yahoo, etc.).

This would be nice, except for things that should be machine-specific, like Calendar View, position of Reading Pane, etc. Ironically, those do sync now and it's a giant pain because I want them to be different on different size and orientation screens.

Outlook (latest version in Office 365) is frequently unusably slow for me, across all my 3 computers I use regularly. I have found that disabling the RoboForm extension in Edge will speed up Outlook some, but I can't leave RoboForm disabled permanently. I want to be clear, this isn't just a little bit slow, this is unusably slow. If I click to select a message or press a button, it can take 10-30 seconds for Outlook to register it and react. If I type a word, it will take 5-15 seconds before the chars appear. It always starts out nice and fast, but after a few hours of use, Outlook is unusable. Restarting Outlook always brings performance back, temporarily. Task Manager shows CPU usage bouncing around under 15% and memory usage at under 35%. All other apps are speedy and responsive (sometimes Explorer windows slow down some). I want to use the web version to avoid these performance problems, but it's missing too many features I need in the desktop app (especially setting sender via From dropdown and Search Folders).

Colors in Black Theme seem broken. It's like they were calculated based on or original colors to work across a dark background and not set by a person. I can't believe a human would have set the colors we have in Outlook in Dark Mode. This is not limited to the calendar -- even the "yellow" highlight in the text is now an oily, decaying, green-brown color.

This also applies to color coding calendars when showing multiple calendars in the Calendar view. There is no yellow or orange, even though those color names appear.

I think muted colors are fine and often look more professional than bright colors (like when Excel changed core palette a decade or so ago), but the colors in Dark Mode are not just muted. It's more like the palette broke for all the colors that were originally related to yellow when it was on the white background.

This feature works in Outlook online. People criticizing it are treating it as if it would ADD email traffic, but it reduces it. Often, an acknowledgement that a message has been seen is all that's needed. Being able to just click a thumbs up (just like we use in Teams) achieves this without requiring a whole email just to say "Understood" or "Thanks". Plus, Outlook as the premier mail application and Exchange Server client should not have fewer features than the free online version. Please implement something that works like the OWA version.

The current Teams Meeting plugin for Outlook always creates a meeting for one specific Microsoft Office 365 account, even if I'm generated a calendar invite for a different account. Please make the Teams Meeting plugin automatically create a Teams meeting with the same account as the current Outlook calendar meeting window where the Teams button was pressed. It's worse than useless to that account in its current form: in its current state it will actually create the Teams meeting for the WRONG COMPANY!

Also important for the Signature -- as it is now, we can't include formatting or company logo in our signature. That makes Outlook unacceptable to our business. We use Samsung Mail which integrates into Exchange nicely and supports proper formatting via HTML in messages. Outlook should do this natively too!

The whole People/Contacts in Outlook an Android is a mess. Most contacts don't even appear. For those I have added in Outlook desktop that do appear, I can see their notes in the notes field in Outlook when I search for a contact, but they are not editable. This is an unneeded limitation in Outlook for Android, because in the Samsung Contacts app on the same device connected to the same Exchange Server, I can edit the contact notes.

Please give us a proper People/Contact section, just like we have mail and calendar sections within Outlook. And the Notes field MUST be editable so we can take notes when talking with our contacts on the phone or in person.

If you always manually go to the calendar, this isn't an issue. But for those of us who keep a calendar window open, this bug renders the always visible calendar half useless.

PDF attachments often cut off the right side of the page in the preview pane in Outlook. This is only a problem because the Ctrl-Scroll Wheel, which zooms perfectly for mail messages and other attachments doesn't do anything for PDFs. Please enable the same zoom via Ctrl-Scroll Wheel that works for other content in the preview window.

This should be consistent across all content types. If there are others that don't zoom properly, please fix them too.

    Hello all,

While this request is being reviewed for future consideration please try this workaround solution:

    • Click on the Deleted Items Folder
    • Click on View tab on the command bar
    • Choose “Change View – Manage View” command on the command bar
    • Click “New” in the right to create a new
    • Name the view “Calendar”
    • Pick the Day/Week/Month “type of view”
    • Click OK. Now you should get dialog that lets you customize the view.
    • Now click on Columns –
Change the select available fields in bottom-left to All Appointments Fields
Select the “Start” field on the left and Click Start → on the right.
Select the “End” field on the left and Click End → on the right.
    Click OK
    • Click on Filter…
    Click on the “Advanced Tab”
Click on the Field Drop Down – All Mails Field – “Message Class”
    You…
