Micro features like this are not needed and add only complexity increasing the cost of using Outlook by my company's large user base.

We need a way on Wndows outside of Outlook to open MSG files and save them as a usable format.

I use Outlook web for client work, an attached MSG file to an email or meeting invite is a problem.

I need to open the MSG file, extract the contents and save in a usable format.

I cannot use outlook desktop for client emails as I work with many different clients at the same time.

No. Vision impaired persons cannot see this text.

My phone has 'limit motion animations' setting just to prevent this bias against vision impaired persons.

No. Disable searching from the web browser address bar.

    Affects limited mobility users negatively.

Need to have a way to disable read receipts for my messages I send.

Need a way to disable sending a read receipt for any message I read. This is more important for team work as some users use this as a gotcha or a "Why did you not read my email?" or "Why did you not respond to my email faster?" office game to cause poor teammate relations.

Need a way to disable suggestions and disable auto-training of text suggestions when composing an email.

It slows me down and disrupts my train of thought.

It's the same as having your spouse always complete your sentences and mostly getting them wrong.

Need a way to disable auto-complete and disable processing of my emails for auto-complete training.

Annoying and prevents me from writing smoothly.

I now have to write the email in Word or notepad to get it done quickly instead of constantly having to avoid auto-complete messing up my message.

Want a way to permanently via windows control panel to disable OneDrive so that I do not have to see it in file explorer, application file save and other windows.

A huge waste of time for me just like defaulting to My Documents - C;\users\name\mydocuments creates a file pathname too long for my commonly used applications.

Keep the editor a basic editor with only spell checking.

Fancy predictive text is not helping me. It prevents me from writing smoothly and comittng thought to paper.

Consider talking to someone where every 3 seconds there is a beep noise, you will stagger your speech and change your expressed words to work around the blocking noise of the 3 second beep.

    Do not want mono-speak.

I need to see the old emails when replying to an email thread so that I can respond either inline in the old email or extract bits of it to include in my email's body.

This is a basic functionity which has worked well for 15 years, why did Microsoft take this basic functionality away?

Email is a commodity utility application and should work like one, there is no need to refresh the interface or workflow just to make change for change's sake.
