Ok... I'm sick of Outlook not remembering my passwords and doing exactly what is described above... I'm going back to iOS Mail. I'm fed up with Outlook on Mac having so MANY problems.

One alternative is to subscribe to iCloud calendar with your Exchange/O365 email accounts or any Outlook account, and then sync the same accounts in Outlook for Mac. See details:

I also ask for support from Apple's Calendar (OSX), as well as the ability to either use or at least import Apple Contacts. Without these things Outlook is just another email client that's only marginally better than Apple Mail.

apple can do this...
