Email these microsoft accounts every day until someone gets the message there's a problem they're ignoring.

Yes, it's over 1,600 and counting. Not stopping. !!@#!
I suggest doing what another member mentioned a while back:
Step 1: Create a Google Account.
Step 2: Go to Gmail Settings and add your hotmail/outlook account (using Gmailify)
Step 3: Enjoy a junk free inbox.
I did 1 and 2 and hope to see 3 very soon.

It's up to 350 in each folder and not stopping! This is crazy! I'll never be able to stop it and it will be impossible to unsubscribe to endless sites.

And in addition, in less than 5 minutes I have received 250 in my Junk folder and another 225 and counting in my Inbox, all confirmations that I signed up for newsletters to assorted companies all over the world. I did not! I'm running my virus checker but nothing... and how do I possibly unsubscribe to all these???

10 seconds ago I was blocking a spam in my junk mail and al of a sudden it was being filled with a hundred spams, and at the same time, my Inbox too! What just happened????

For what it's worth, something new happened today. When you Block an email or several at once, a window pops up asking you do you want to?
They still end up in Deleted files but maybe, maybe, support people are trying something.

I've posted numerous requests to support (Microsoft Support @MicrosoftHelps) with no response.

Another annoyance with these spams, you used to be able to select then Block them and they would disappear. Now they go to Deleted so emptying the folder they jus go into deleted files.

Microsoft support? Uservoice? Is anyone monitoring the posts?

I've posted this link to every possible MS Support email and form. It's hard to believe they're behind this and not looking a complaints.

Yes Rob, I've noticed that too. It's frustrating.

I don't believe anyone at MS is reading these posts and sure not doing anything about this problem. A fix need to be released.

Is this really being monitored by anyone? People need answers or MSFT might start going DOWN....

https://dmachoice.org/ seems to work somewhat. Also go to Consumer Opt-out NAI Network Advertising Initiative to opt-out of interest-based advertising. These both help but Microsoft needs to issue a Fix. All this happened after a recent update.

There are a couple of places you should start, which will make the most difference. The first is the Direct Marketing Association. https://dmachoice.org/ This one organization is responsible for a remarkable proportion of the bulk mail sent in the U.S. Go to the website and opt out.

Is there a Microsoft fix? :)
