When I create a contact group in Outlook app I can access it from other versions of Outlook such as OWA or any other client I access my Exchange account from. Windows version of Outlook has always had this feature.

Is this request for contact groups or server side distribution lists? Mac Outlook does support server side distribution lists for exchange accounts.

What he wants is for contact lists created in outlook 2016 Mac to be available on other devices or via the web outlook.com. Currently contact lists created in Outlook 2016 Mac are local only and cannot be used in any other device or the web app.

Something has to change. Currently email headers don't by default show what relationship you have with a message and it's very easy to accidentally respond when no response was required, or worse, respond to all when you were a BCC recipient. It's crazy that Microsoft would put users at such risk.

I cannot believe that this issue has not been fixed yet. Microsoft, I know your listening - for the love of god - if you are not capable of fixing the dark/light background default preference then immediately issue a patch returning all message previews to light background.
Hard to believe that this still isn't a feature.
