Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into the icon issue.
Gmail will show up in a separate tab. Simply return to previous tab for access to your Microsoft account.
When I use the Microsoft Edge that comes with Windows 10, this works as you describe. Gmail opens in a separate tab (not as useful as all mail in one window). But when I use the Microsoft Chromium Edge Insider Beta, I have the same problem that this user is reporting. New tab opens, but it's still my Outlook.com email and my Gmail never appears.
I would also like to see Here We Go Maps as an option, especially considering it’s the maps engine that drives Bing maps and the Maps app in Windows 10.
We’re working on bringing the ability to change weather locations to the beta experience. Thanks for the feedback!
Ability to add/change locations for the weather icon in the Calendar beta is gone. Can you please bring it back? Thanks!
We highly appreciate your feedback you’ve given us about this feature. Good news: We’re close to releasing it on Android. You can get a sneak preview here: https://blogs.office.com/2017/06/05/improving-people-in-outlook-for-ios-and-android/
Thanks for your patience as we make the final touches!
All the best

PS: Please use the Help Section of the app for any questions, we are not able to see replies to this address.
Other apps have notifications that when the user pulls down on the notification, the notification expands to show a message preview. Outlook should work like this as well.
Agreed. There is no text formatting. This is still an open issue!
