PLEASE go back to the Classic solid red Flags and solid green Pinned icons instead of these silly faint outlines that are impossible to see!

Bring back the solid-colored icons for the red flags and blue pins when flagging and pinning emails of importance. The outlines of flags and pins you are using in the new format are barely noticeable compared to the solid-colored icons that were in your Classic format. Solid-colored icons stand out and command attention. Outlines do not.

The Search function does not work properly in the new Beta format. I have emails going back 10 years to my business contacts, but when I do a search for Sent messages to my contacts the Beta format only produces the last two years worth of emails instead of all of them. With litigation I often need to access emails from 10 years ago, not 2 years. Changing the search criteria to a certain month and day in a particular year does not work either. The search still only produces emails going back to 1-3-17. Because of the Beta format I have to use a 3rd party email client, or Mac Mail, now to access my older emails so I can perform my work. My old emails come up in a nanosecond using 3rd party email clients, just as they always did using the Classic Outlook.com, but that is not the case with this horrible, dysfunctional Beta format.

The scroll button does not load emails quickly. It is painstakingly slow when searching for older emails. I often have to access emails going back a decade, but only 1 months’ worth of emails will load at a time using the scroll bar in the Beta format making it impossible to locate emails that are 10 years old due to the time involved. With the Classic format I could go back 10 years in a folder of emails in a nanosecond using the scroll button. Now I have to rely on Mac Mail to work with my outlook.com email due to the Beta format's lack of proper features and functionality. Mac Mail provides access to my outlook.com emails going back 10 years in a split-second too, so why is the Beta format incapable of doing this? It is not an improvement when users have to abandon your email application in favor of using a third party email client to work with their outlook.com email due to the changes you have made with the Beta format that have handicapped your email application and rendered it mostly useless. Please bring back the Classic format. It was superior in every way possible.

Why have you removed the option to copy emails to multiple folders? I cannot work this way! I use your email for work and professional correspondences. Being able to copy emails to several folders is essential for my work. Please fix this asap. I cannot even imagine why you removed that critical feature. Is Outlook.com geared toward people who only use it for fun and games or are you a serious application for professionals? If you are a serious email contender, then please bring back features that professionals need and use. Thank you.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the feature to copy emails from one folder to another! I can't believe I am having to waste so much of my valuable and limited time forwarding emails to myself repeatedly just so I can file a message in multiple folders. Why would you take away such a critical and useful feature?!

What did you do with the drop-down option to "Copy" a message from one folder to another in this new format? That is an essential feature! I have tried everything and see no option to copy a message from one folder to another now. There are many circumstances where professional communications overlap between two different matters for which I have separate folders in my Inbox. Emails must be capable of being copied to two different folders. I was thrilled when you incorporated that feature some time ago, only to find that it has been eliminated in this update. Please restore this essential feature.

There used to be an option under the Move To drop-down menu to select More. At the bottom left of the next window that opened there was an option to select "Copy this item to the selected folder" so users could have multiple copies of an email in various folders. This essential feature has been eliminated in your new Beta format. Microsoft, how do you expect users to file an email in more than one folder now? The only way to do that is to forward myself the email and file the forwarded message in a secondary folder and repeat that effort for every other folder that requires a copy of that email. Not only is that a huge time waster, if I do that the original message no longer retains the sender's name. It has my name as the Sender instead, which makes searching for the message later on an arduous if not impossible task. Please bring back the Copy feature in the Move To and More menu of options.
