Selecting "Block all messages from" <domain name> adds both the email address and the domain to "Blocked Senders". Do not add the address too when the domain is selected.

Please remove the design setting of automatically moving messages from blocked senders to the Junk Email folder. Just block then. When messages from blocked senders are co-mingled in the Junk Email folder with other spam, users are forced to review email from senders that have already been blocked when they review contents of the Junk Email folder to verify no legitimate messages were sent there.

The new Junk Email process needs an easy way to find an email address that was just blocked, perhaps place it at the top of the "Blocked senders and domains" list. This is to allow it to be edited to to block the domain, not just the individual address. A preferred method would be to provide the means to select either the individual address or the domain to be blocked.

Apply customer defined filter rules first before messages that meet junk mail criteria are sent to the Junk Email folder. If no rule applies, then send the email to Junk Email.
