    Hi you all! I found a way to change the name successfully! You have to add your hotmail/outlook.com account by using POP/SMTP. But you have first enable POP/SMTP in Outlook.com configuration. Go here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/pop-imap-and-smtp-settings-for-outlook-com-d088b986-291d-42b8-9564-9c414e2aa040#bkmk_enablepop_beta so you can obtain POP/SMTP setting and instructions.
