We activated new policies in our company, since then (or by any other mistake, the subscription is not updated anymore).

This is a poor workaround. Outlook iOS already is able to work with iCloud calendars, please make the last step as well!

Sometimes it is the easiest way to create a new entry by duplicating an existing one. Examples are new occurances or follow-ups or even copying an entry to another calendar in order to let others know about it.

Outlook support asked me to post this in here:
Subfolders are visible, and you can search them, but search is not looking into the Online Archive by default, you need to explicitly go there and switch search scope to "subfolders".
It would be nice to include / exclude Online Archive more easily.
    But ...
When going to advanced search and creating more than one search conditions (e.g. "item contains" and "from") search is using the text term "AND" for search as well - at least all texts with "AND" in it (e.g. Andrew) is highlighted! This is a bug!

Putting this under "New" is even confusing, it could be under "View" or under "Window".
So I like the way like in Windows, because you get a new window directly open already in the selected object.

Two solutions in point of view:
    a) Have a flag "include online archive" into search scope
    b) Offer a separate scope button "Search Online archive only"
But this is important to increase productivity.

Outlook 2016 for Mac has a great feature: When moving an email to a folder, the selction box has a search field with the cursor already in; now you can type a few letters and quickly all folders matching your search are displayed, can be selected with the down button and RETURN finishes the folder selection and the email is moved. Now allowing a convenient keyboard shortcut to it like CNTRL SHIFT M makes sorting away emails into folders nearly a fun activity!
While the MAC products normally lack features, in this case they are far ahead. Please optimize user experience and put a quick search field into move to folder and give this a keyboard shortcut.
