Microsoft, please make this happen. Why would you require users to download a third-party viewer? If you make previewers for Office apps, why not do the same for PDF files?

Outlook Team, Please consider utilizing the Task Subject field for this idea. Most people have no idea this field exists in Outlook, but it is an awesome field that could be used for this very purpose of recording notes for emails. Yes, there are complex implications, but therein lies the value this idea could bring were it to be developed. I use the Task Subject field in Outlook extensively and it is very helpful. I simply display that field in list view and edit the text in that field. When the Task Subject field is modified it does not impact the Subject Field at all, which is awesome. Please consider this sort of think. There are capabilities in Outlook that simply have not been promoted, which are awesome.

I agree with Dave White's comment and share his concern about Outlook's desktop future. Microsoft has shown a pattern of removing features from Outlook that power users enjoy. The answer Microsoft typically gives - "Our telemetry says that few use ____ feature." Well, telemetry does not reveal how little effort Microsoft expends in teaching and demonstrating obscure but awesome features. As a user, all I can do is attempt to make comments that someone will hear somewhere deep in the halls of Microsoft.

Problem: When printing a table/list of tasks, the high importance icon prints out black.

So this never was fixed by the Microsoft Outlook team. As of October of 2017, the View Settings menu has been removed from the View tab of the ribbon. Also, when right-clicking on the header of columns in Outlook (when viewing Messages, Task, Contacts, etc. you will find that the right-click View Settings menu option is missing as well. That menu is also missing from the To Do pane and the popup To Do pane.
Dear Microsoft Outlook Team, please fix this. I use the View Settings more frequently than most. Although your telemetry for Office 2016 may show that this feature is not used much by many, that does not mean that the feature is not used. This feature is awesome for those of us that like to slice and dice our Outlook data. It is very frustrating when you guys remove features from Outlook such as this.
Thanks.

On Outlook on the web, please enable the same flagging options Outlook desktop client has. I need to be able to flag an item for Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, Custom, etc.
