    We have the same problem. My Admin deployed Add-in isn't showing up either...

    We cannot switch to "the new Outlook" until plugins start working for received e-mails. All work fine in the old version, but in the new version our plugins only work for New and Reply mails. No icons show up for Received or Sent e-mails.
