Focused Inbox and now Search Top results. This has not improved with the new outlook. Theme seems to be destroying perfectly functioning features rather the any improvement..yes do not forget Junk / Spam filtering failure.
Searching inbox and all folders does not mean need ot require the complete web to match key words -

Totally agree with starting assessment
Within Setting under Junk Email
Have title as "Blocked Senders and Domains"
Then have subtitle as "Move email from these senders or domains to junk email folder"This just does not make sense at all.
Would like the email blocked PERIOD. NOT moved to my junk email folder. This is an oversight of the nth degree.
You have legit emails one's sent out by Microsoft or uservoice that end up within the junk folder. definite the algorithm or defined logic not functioning properlyAn error occurred while saving the comment D commented
Microsoft,
The block feature does not function. Meaning does not block email. Have added in fluxecho.com and smtp.fluxecho.com (along with all variant source IP addresses) yet MS has it listed as permitted . See below email source information as example.
1.Adding domains, email addresses, IP addresses to the Blocked section within Junk email that it will BLOCK such emails and content. This IS NOT the case.
I for one do not want those emails moved to Junk email section, want them to be blocked. As the heading states BLOCKED senders and domains.
2. Source Email destinations and listed reply/displayed emails differ (again refer below example). Since spammers and bots generate over 50% of email traffic, High Improvement would be blocking all elements being email source ip and domain info, displayed email address and return path email addresses.
3. Within junk Email - BLOCKED senders and domains: Line statement reads 'Move email from these senders or Domains to my Junk Email folder". From this you re NOT clocking emails just moving them to my junk Email Folder. This is so misleading
As defined by Collins dictionary: If something is blocked or blocked up, it is completely closed so that nothing can get through it.
Imagine NFL team using the Microsoft blocking technique.........
Thank you for your time and wish you safe holidays.

Recent improvements to Search functionality have counter measured the feature.
Find using the search function totally unproductive
- far too many results appear even when specific words utilised
- top results section ineffective
- all includes the deleted items, showing deleted spam
- unable to move email from search resultsOver complicated feature that working fine previously

This now appears to be a VERY COMMON theme.
Have blocked and blocked but now receive approx 40 plus junk emails daily.Reviewing and attempting to stop from email source is fruitless.
Domain fluecho.com continues to wreak havoc using multiple addresses. Seem block one generates another tow.
Irregardless of which level of outlook one utlises security policy blocking of spam, phishing schemes should be at the forefront
The below is just one example of many.

totally agree.
Have email like this 'From: PlatinumCardFromCreditOne! <support@vPqHErQ7oe.humansavelifefromfire.com>' able to come thru into inbox, yet required emails or informational emails from legit organisations end up as spam.
Of all the recent changes, the smtp information provided in the POP section, been beneficial. This should be your standard to follow.
All other changes sadly been underwhelming, invaluable especially this junk filtering. An error occurred while saving the comment D commented
way too many junk emails. Along withthe block button not functioning after being restored.
Way more interested in the cosmetic appearance and adding in non essential linkedin contact link than being attentive to the junk email situation. Tuely messed with and broke feature that worked well many moons ago. -

Yes need to disable
not only is it displaying incorrectly showing incorrect search result and only adding to the confusion,
it is listing all the spam email addresses with linkedin information.D supported this idea ·

- inefficient
- hinders operations leading to incorrect attachments
- unsecured - no ability to remove suggestions or delete most recent attachment
