Absolutely essential. A scandal that it is missing as an option when creating an appointment. People travel.

Calendar Time Zone selection Outlook for Android.
It is outrageous that this has still not been implemented. People travel. Not having the function can create mayhem.
Please make this an absolute priority. Without it I for one will be looking to find another calendar app.

Time zones for appointments are essential for anyone who travels. Despite your saying that you have completed the suggestion you manifestly have not. This is something that should have been thought about ab initio.

Clarify sync contacts by adding the words "to Android contacts". Otherwise the inference is it is to Outlook.

I know there is an info button but that is not enough. Also, on should be the default.

This drove me nuts. There is no Microsoft Web page to help people on the subject when they research the problem of contacts not showing. Just a load of irrelevant stuff about exporting and importing files.

You have a great system to make Outlook contacts available across android. Shout about it!

As should be obvious, dark blue on black on dark mode is hard to read. Yellow would still stand out as different from white yet be much easier on the eyes.

Absolutely right. It is nearly impossible to discern which messages have not been read. Probably the same person who made it nearly impossible on iOS to see which message is being read let this clunker of a basic error through. Blue is not a good colour on black. Yellow might be a better highlight.

The three dots for options should be on the right. Logically. Away from delete which is far too easy to hit by accident.

The three dots at the top are right next to delete. It is far too easy to click delete by mistake. The dots should be on the right. Archive in the middle but spaced away with delete to the left. The dots should also include reply etc. The tiny reply at the bottom is near useless.

When I search for a contact, stop this drivel about "people", that is what I want to find. Your general search can be useful but make it separate.

Without "File As " added contacts fail to display at all in Outlook Desktop. They are there but useless. Surely you can realise that this is a fundamentally necessary piece of integration with one of your core programs.

When adding a contact you need "File As". Otherwise the contact does not appear at all in Outlook desktop.

Agree. Having three places to do different things with an email message is a UI mess. The one at the bottom is futile. Having two ... Options at the top is literally OTT. A context menu for one object, in this case an email, should be in one place only. On reflection, who came up with that object and one right click context convention? Microsoft! Just because there is a touch screen does not mean there had to be a scatter gun approach.

One ... Control and no reply clutter at the bottom was much better

Months later and something as simple as making the currently being read message clear in the massage pane on the left has not been addressed.

Surely this is an obvious change? If the people who designed this stuff actually used it we might get somewhere.

It is massively irritating that once a message had been read finding it in the message pane to delete is so hard.

It is extremely hard to see which message has been selected and is being read. Either make the grey darker or add a more visible colour. Not everyone has the eyes of a teenager.

Let the user decide which email to read next. Either kill the automatically open the next message or add an option to let the user kill it. I know what I want to read next. You do not. You might think that you are being helpful but in fact you are being an absolute pain.

Outlook for iOS now mimics the terrible design of desktop Outlook by opening the next email automatically. This is a major inconvenience. As a user I want to be the one to decide which email I want to read next. Not have the choice forced on me. Often with the consequence that I have to take to additional step of marking the one automatically opened as unread.

Please either turn off this utterly unhelpful "feature" or provide an option in Settings to turn it off. Whilst you are at it please do the same for desktop.

You have implemented automatic move to next message. Some might like this. Others, like me, consider it a disaster. I want to choose which message to look at. It may not be the next one. I do not want to have to fiddle about to mark YOUR choice as unread. I want to make MY choice.

Please either put in a settings switch for navigation or reverse this very unwelcome change.

BTW, Outlook 2016 desktop had the same pain in the neck problem with no way to stop it that I can find.
