    While ... includes Add to Safe Senders option (which I just found because of comments here!), there needs to be Add Domain to Safe Senders also.

    Process Rules before Junk Mail, or Rules should include Junk Mail. If I setup Rule to move all emails containing .microsoft.com and @microsoft.com in senders address to be moved to Microsoft folder, I should never see a Microsoft email in Junk Emails. That actually happens. Get it fixed already!!!

    Why when I have rules that specifically move messages from certain senders to folders, that some of the messages still end up going to Junk Email. Processing is broken. If a message matches one of the rules to be moved, it should not be delivered to Junk Email folder.

    Can Microsoft please add the ability to Filter Rules. (e.g. I'd like the ability to open the Options/Inbox Rules and type "Microsoft" to see all rules in the list containing Microsoft.) Thanks.
