the default notification sound is terrible, it sounds like a muffled distorted speaker.

currently emails that are received but sorted (via rules) in folders other than inbox don't produce Android notification.

this should be fixed and notification generated for received emails regardless of folder.

The font of emails sent with Outlook is much bigger than every other email provider and so my emails look unprofessional and... plain ugly.

Why does Outlook copy the background and text formatting of the email in replying to? I want my emails to look like they came from me not the original sender. I also don't want my emails to have copied the background colour of the original email.

Some people use this so that Outlook shows the sent items jn the inbox. A bit like every other system. Outlook is useless at managing conversations. It should always show all emails in a conversation with the latest email (regardless who sent it) at the top and then progressively getting older.

Display last message in email conversation not just last message from other party. It's really annoying scrolling through emails and not knowing if you've replied unless you open the email. Gmail and everyone else does it properly. Why does Microsoft do it this way?

Microsoft are idiots. They are missing some of the most essential and basic settings

Yes, thousands have asked for this and MS like normal never listen. They hate us I'm sure. Can't use outlook until this is implemented. Sticking with Postbox which is light years ahead of Outlook but of course can't use in corporate environment.

Outlook 2010 was the best looking Outlook by far. Bring back those themes.

+1 what's with the low contrast grey in the options box?

What's wrong with black text or at least very dark. The light grey has always been used by windows to signify the button/option is disabled.

All the themes are terrible. Please pay someone who understands UI design or copy Apple, Postbox or any other email client.

I want to punch the screen every time I use Outlook.

Or just implement a proper conversation view which groups all replies/forwards to the original email in the same conversation.

Outlook shouldn't rely on subject line and most certainly should ignore "RE:" "FW:" etc. when trying to work out which emails should be together.

Google, Apple and everyone else already does conversations properly. But Outlook struggles to keep conversations together.
