For months now I have been providing feedback on how the Outlook junk mail settings are not working properly. Emails I regularly (daily) identify as "not junk" in the junk email folder - all from the same sender - continue to be automatically sent to the junk email folder. Outlook does not work. It is broken. Fact. Fix it.
Marking emails in the Junk Email folder as "Not Junk" does not prevent subsequent emails from the same sender from routing to the Junk Email folder.
