    why do my email contacts end up in junk mailbox? Even though I have created a rule to send a contact's email to a specific inbox it continues to be sent to junk mail. It causes me to have to collect it before emptying my junk email each day. Why doesn't it get sent to the assigned mailbox?

    If you are so sure that there needs to be two inbox categories then make it easy for the user to see those separate inboxes by adding it to the list of all folders available to enter. Currently this idea of focused and other inbox feature is cumbersome to work with.
