The view settings should allow for precise font sizes. Small, Normal, Big & Bigger? What moron thought that was a good idea? My options are so small I can't read anything or so large the fonts look like they were written in crayon.

What was Microsoft thinking? This is a "feature"? Please allow the delete option to be turned off. I have accidentally deleted several important emails thanks to this stupid "feature"

Hey Microsoft, how big do you think monitors or laptop screens are? Header information in the preview pane that takes up 35 - 40% of the available space is ridiculous. Try listening to you customers for a change.
