With various devices and file needs to move Contact lists- it would be quite helpful, enable more Outlook users, and good service if tools to import/export these files was readily available.

    - Both functions (if selected under Notifications) post a red dot on the Outlook icon.
    - There’s a huge importance delta between reading email and meeting someone.

Suggest users be able to set notifications for each and they appear distinctly (maybe one on left side or different colored dots on the icon).

Also would like to set email to temporary banner and meetings to permanent- give users that choice.

Three years and its not been addressed? This is crazy!

Outlook client for Windows, Outlook 365, Outlook Live, Outlook for ios and they don't all sync?

They should sync People seamlessly- everywhere there's a class or business meeting, its all about "relationship building" and Outlook can't even get people's names situated across the Outlook brand? What an utter fail.

In Outlook, there only a handful or so of Alert sound choices. That should be far more robust please. Looking for business-like alerts, not songs or show tunes or game sounds. Thanks

When I have an event in my desktop/pc Outlook and click /drag it to a new time- it doesn’t update to Outlook in my iPhone ( even after an hour). I get an iPhone alert for the original time.

Can you put some grease on it so it does please? Thanks.

Helpful if when I compose an email, clicking in the To, CC or Bcc box would pop down a list of folks in my Address Book ( and be allowed to sort that list in various ways). Good luck!

I’d love to be able to manage vendors, people, tasks, project timelines and be able to easily see completed steps in contact or project history. Maybe there some elements of Project that you can import to Outlook that will help? (Prefer not to use OneNote. )

Long time Outlook user on Windows desktop and love the iOS version too.

I think a lot of us would like the ability to manage Conversations more. Not just invoke or turn off the function, but add separate messages to or drag a single message out of a Conversation. Perhaps age isn’t what I want to use on a particular thread- so let us drag a message to reposition it. That kind of thing.

Not looking for some of the third party stuff, make it native to Outlook.

Thanks for the hard work and keep up the good job!

    John

I don't know if it's an Apple thing or an Outlook thing- but the notification for appointments and meeting are all rather low volume and not attention getting. They work fine sitting at a quiet desk- but at point in time you see the desktop notification anyway.

When on the road I hardly ever notice them. Now I don't want some musical jukebox- but would appreciate some business-like tones that are more compelling and noticeable.

    Thanks!
