This would certainly be helpful. It would reduce the amount of work that we do to go to symbols to insert a box that can be used as a checklist item.
This is a great idea. There are many times that I have to add a person to the calendar invite so that they know it has gone out and they then are listed as optional - but really, they are not needed in the meeting. They are the meeting room scheduler.

It would certainly streamline the process if I could trigger a contact file from the signature in an email. The less strokes I make the more productive.Esther Day supported this idea ·

The idea sounds great, however, it also adds to the amount of memory that you consume. Having an option to reply all with attachments makes better sense than to having it send automatically with a reply all email.
