Looks like it's a bug - unfortunately not all phone numbers will sync on Android Outlook implementation. If you have just digits - phone number will sync. If you have digits and additional info - these phone numbers completely removed from Android contacts! Example: "(888) 888-8888" -- will sync, but "(888) 888-8888, parents" -- can't sync and will be missing on your Android phone :(
We highly appreciate your feedback you’ve given us about this feature. Good news: We’re close to releasing it on Android. You can get a sneak preview here: https://blogs.office.com/2017/06/05/improving-people-in-outlook-for-ios-and-android/
Thanks for your patience as we make the final touches!
All the best

Can't see notes in Contacts. I can see and edit notes in Desktop Outlook, but can't see notes at all on mobile Outlook. This should be fixed! without notes - Contacts in mobile Outlook are really limited.

please add option to enable time zone while editing calendar events. it's really hard to edit calendar events while traveling (device switched to current local time, but you need to create or edit event for different time zone)
Thank you to everyone who voted. We’re happy to report that we’re working on sync’ing signatures across devices. More details to come as we have them.
