  2. Suggest you allow "Signature" to copy the email signature design. for more professional signature. thank you.

    On normal inbox and shared mailboxes, the template workaround is mediocre solution. For Microsoft 365 groups this option is not even available. Gsuite offers multiple signatures and automatic rules how to use those signatures.
