    "Automatic Replies" is the button you're looking for, and it's on the File tab. Or, in the "Tell me what you want to do", typing "Out of office" or "Automatic replies" will also get you there. You can also customize the ribbon to give yourself another button to hit.

  5. Add conversation view in a shared mailbox.

    +1 We should allow Cross-Folder conversations in folders in a Shared Mailbox.
