10/11/2019 I've continued to complain about the increasing junk mail going into my Junk Mail box. It's now up to 50-100 every 24 hours. I've stopped "unsubscribing" years ago as THEY NEVER WORKED from these "TYPES" which seem to include many...many ads for CBD oil, Asian Woman and other "deals". IN THE PAST WEEK THESE ARE NOW SHOWING UP IN MY "INBOX"! Your program used to redirect them to the Junk mailbox. WHAT HAPPENED. Has your software failed???? These are always from an address that's obviously BOGUS due to the number of characters which go on for 20 or 30 including dashes (-) and other markers. Why can't your softward code identify these long-string addresses which are ramdom letters/number/characters that are obviously fake????

I received a reply from Pankaj on 07/16/2019 suggesting I post my concern/question here. In fact my previous statement of this issue is already here but cannot see the date. I was a couple of months after the Beta version was made available. Since nothing was done I am including a restatement of the issue relating to the Mailbox Folders list which comes up when you elect to do MOVE TO. The basic issue is, previous version pops up all the primary mailbox folders (Not Expanded to all of the subfolders) so is easy to navigate especially if you have multiple levels of subfolders. So instead of being able to MOVE TO starting with the primary subject target folder and...from there...expand the subfolders as needed to get to the final resting place for the email, you wind up seeing 30 or 40 folders (or more) and have to scroll through all of them hunting for the target folder. Here's my second input message Pankaj was responding to:

You still haven't fixed the issue with the new Outlook where Move To - All Folders shows All EXPANDED Folders which is a mess to search through. It didn't use to be this way in the previous Move To function Last Year (before you launched the Beta versions of the new format) I've complained about this several times and nothing...not even a reply to my email. This is FIXABLE and should have been addressed 6 months ago. Simply have the default drop down menus for MOVE TO so they are not FULLY EXPANDED on the first screen when you chose search under the ALL FOLDERS sub-menu. Thank you (I hope) TJCincotta

    For the OPTIONS
    Inbox and sweep roles.
Created numerous rules for incoming junk mail that contains same word in several sections of the email.
    HOWEVER
Despite your instructions explaining the "Stop processing more rules on this message" check box (preset to CHECK), YOU CANNOT UNCHECK THE BOX to make the rule work as you describe.
IT KEEPS REVERTING BACK TO INCLUDE "stop processing more rules on this message:.
Clearly and ERROR in your programs this feature. PLEASE FIx.
