Rules Manager would lead you to believe that you have set up an auto-reply rule that responds when words in the header include either Saturday or Sunday only. However, my experience is that the rule runs inconsistently. Really, just fix the bug in Rules manager and we should be able to set our own auto-reply rules.

Hey all, thanks for your feedback. We changed the pinned items to occupy less space so that you could still see new messages in your inbox even if you had a lot of pinned items.

We assumed that by pinning the items, you would know what the email was about so you’d need less information on the message.

We’ll track this item and figure out whether we want to change it in the future.

    Colin

I wonder how long ago this was marked planned because the original suggestion was from 2015, nearly four years ago.

I want to be able to paste an email I copied from elsewhere into the People field when editing an event/appointment.

When you create a new folder the app does not allow you to select an existing folder in which to make it a subfolder of.

I recently received a release note indicating that enhancements had made to Outlook for Android regarding folder and account management. However, when I view my folder hierarchy it is still fully expanded with no way to contract and I am not able to access any of the shared folders, other user folders and calendars as I am when I simply go to Outlook online from my mobile device. I'll be uninstalling the app again and simply using my web browser. I had tried using the beta of OWA for Android and it stopped working with a more recent Chrome browser update. OWA for Android hasn't had an update in the Play Store for over a year so I assume it's been abandoned. But you were on the right track with it as it was more closely emulated the full Outlook experience.

I have way too many folders and subfolders to not have the folders view begin in a collapsed view.
