I'm one of many users of both the desktop app and an Android phone we use categories to indicate the status of bookings been clear and precise colour codes these are missing from the Android app and the status shows as completed by the admin on this system

The ability to categorise meetings as tentative confirmed out of the office or use of the category colour codes enables me to separate social event from a booking which includes a bunch of guys a whole ton of equipment invoicing and other details or perhaps a meeting while this is excellent on the desktop version it is pitiful on a phone; that we're in shades of Black and White from the 1930s on the Outlook app. In this respect Google is wiping the floor with Microsoft

The desktop version of Outlook allows categorisation by colour so unables me to separate pencil bookings from confirmed bookings and social items in my calendar. These colours do not transfer through to Outlook on my Android mobile and it would vastly improve my use of the system if it did. I also note that the tentative, out of office or busy colour coding system which is so very useful in the desktop version doesn't transfer to the Android phone and if it did we wouldn't have to use the colour codes and currently add the word pencil or confirmed in the title of each appointment.

all these things only supported on Microsoft phones?
