Make all Highlighting visible when reading Email in Dark Mode. Currently, out of 15 highlighting colors, only Green, Red and Dark Yellow are visible when reading emails in Dark Mode.
Please tweak the highlighting so that it is visible in Dark Mode, as much as in Light Mode. Probably you would simply chose a coordinate the shade of highlighting with the whether the viewer is or is not using Dark Mode.
Also remember that senders have no idea which mode viewers are using when they send email. It is up to the receiving app to choose shades of the specified colors that are readable.

Please add the following to the Outlook (Desktop) "before start" Reminder options:
Click snooze to be reminded:
24 hours before start
60 minutes before start
45 minutes before start
30 minutes before start
and user specified minutes before startThe reason is that:
1. Not all of us work within a 15 minute walk of where we need to be when a meeting starts.
2. We don't want to have to stop and calculate what the reminder interval should be.
3. I'll often set the initial reminder for 2 days before an event, so I can prepare. As I get that reminder I quickly set a new reminder for 60 minutes before start time so I can physically get to the meeting.Ideally we could type in any amount of time. But for me, giving me personally, the choice of 24 hours before start, 60 minutes before start and 30 minutes before start is good enough.

Excellent suggestion. Yes we can create a rule to do this, but no regular users have no idea how to create such a rule.
Ideally I suggest also providing a way to change the delay to anywhere from 10 to 99 seconds. But if that requires too many resources, just do the 10 second delay.
