Just a suggestion, I am not sure I like the way these “panels” slide open so easily. When I TRY to open them (and the archive on the right) they won’t even appear, and then they seem to appear regularly when I DON’T want to see them.

One alternative is to subscribe to iCloud calendar with your Exchange/O365 email accounts or any Outlook account, and then sync the same accounts in Outlook for Mac. See details:

Yes this is very annoying you end up with a row of emails all showing that they are sent by YOU (obviously) and no way to sort.
Add support to change TouchBar configurations in Microsoft Office.
Run Schedule is needed on the new 2016 Outlook. Otherwise there is no way to designate certain email accounts for only outgoing use - the lack of this rule can result in duplicate emails.
