In the week view, make (or at least give an option) for the current time marker to be on the current day. I thought my clock was set to the wrong day. If you put a marker on a paper calendar, you put it on today, not the day before today. Or you put an arrow pointing to it. A line at the time on the previous day is worse than no marker, because at a glance it is misleading. Eventually you can deduce that the current day is (say Tuesday by looking to the top of the column to see which is in bold and then looking down the side to see where the "time" line is. But I always though a good user interface was (a) obvious and (b) communicated unambiguously with as little information as possible. Thus, the current approach fails on both counts.
