I use Outlook on PCs with my data stored on Exchange as part of Office 365 Business Premium. In Outlook on my PCs, I have multiple contact folders such as Vendors, Customers, Friends, Family, etc. I have hundreds and thousands of contacts in each of those folders, so I like to keep those contacts separated into different folders to make them more manageable. Outlook on Android only syncs contacts with the default Outlook folder called “Contacts.” However, that is only a small percentage of all of my contacts in Exchange. I need my Android device to sync with all of my other contacts folders too. How can I do that? Please allow me to select the contact folders that I want my Android device to sync with. Please do not limit me to only sync with the default contacts folder called “Contacts.”

Please add an option to mark an email as Junk. Just like there is a choice to delete an email, forward and email, or flag an email… Please add an option to mark an email as Junk. When we do that, Outlook should delete the email and add the sender to a blocked list from that point forward. It takes the same amount of time to mark an email as Junk/Spam as it does to delete it. I would feel more productive if I marked spam email with that same 1-click and Outlook always moved messages from that sender to spam in the future and deleted the email at the same time.

Please add the ability to perform actions on search results. just like you can select multiple emails from within an email folder, you should be able to select multiple emails from search results and perform actions on them such as deleting, moving, and swiping left or right.

when I perform a search, I receive a list of resulting emails. I often then want to swipe on those emails to delete them or move them to different folders. I also would like to select multiple resulting emails from the search and perform functions on them such as delete or move.

When performing a search, there is a cool toggle button to include or exclude results that have attachments. great job! There are so many other toggles that users would find helpful. if you're afraid of it becoming too cluttered, then give users the option to pick the search toggles that appear on their search screen. Toggles that I would use routinely are a toggle to show results from the current email folder or show results from all Exchange data. Another toggle I would use a lot is to include or exclude results from the deleted items folder. another toggle that I would use would be a date filter such as only showing results from a certain span of time.
