This GARBAGE of the Colored Circles was Not there 3-5 years ago!
The " Catagories" show the "Colored Circles" and Initials.
No Reason for Colored Circles to be there!

Hi, Good Idea, Microsoft can not Block Senders. What Happens is: when you report a Junk or Spam emails. Who knows what is the difference? Microsoft sign comes up says Thank You, In Outlook anyway. What you can do your self is as you maybe aware is to Block the Domain or email address. Does no Good.
Next day same Sender sends the Same email message to you. Different Email address and different Domain.
Rules, Sweep or Exclusive etc does no good.
Only may or may not send those emails to Junk.
Most or many of them are sent to Junk email anyway.
I don't know about MSN, but that is the way it is in Hotmail/Outlook Mail/email. You can Report as Spam or Abuse to Microsoft.
Or you can report as Phishing Scram.

Wow! your got a Thousand Spam, Junk emails. I get 5-20-a day, That is bad enough. In My posting about 2-22-18 I wrote about over 100 Red Flag emails in my Inbox and about 25 in My Junk box, on 5-31-16. I sent all the Junk emails to Microsoft and about 25 of the100 Red Flag emails to Microsoft.
Microsoft has a big problem with Junk emails, I call it all Garbage!
The Blocking does No Good. Rules do No Good. Sweep does No Good. Another thing the Blocking is only good for 1024 emails. Domain or Address. I have hunhreds Blocked,
I have the Same Sender with a different Address or Domain every day. I have written about this for 2 years since Hotmail became Outlook and the problems are much worse.
I wonder why Microsoft does't /won't listed to the User?
