Same problem as the rest of these, folks. I have addressed this before along with many others. I thought it had gotten better for a short time but it is right back to the way it was before. Now it won't even let me block them. A pop up comes up that say "view blocked senders list".
Do ya'll get paid for allowing all this spam into your customers e mail accounts? This is really ridiculous and shameful.

Exactly what Martha said! Does Outlook have ANY kind of a spam filter at all, by the way. Other e mail accounts do not allow near as much junk mail in, much less allow it back after blocking it. Does it do any good to give feedback, does Outlook ever consider changing anything after reading it ???

    Hey, thanks for the feedback!

Is it possible that you’re accessing OWA from a different browser each time you’re signing in? The “Keep Me Signed In” feature will only work if you access from the same browser on the same computer in normal browsing mode.

If you access in private browsing mode, it will not remember your “Keep Me Signed In” preference.

Alternatively, if you clear your cookies, it will not remember your sign in preferences.

Can you give us any more details about what’s going on?

    Colin

Why do I keep having to sign in to my e mail account, several times a day, When I have not logged out or got offline. Makes no sense, why even have a "keep me signed in" box, it does no Good. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Exactly...it is ridiculous to have to keep signing in over and over in the same day when you never logged out. That has been going on for a long time. Also new format is not helpful just different and something else to have to get used to. Don't waste time fixing things that aren't broke.

I am curious why my junk mail fills up sometimes 45 to 50 e mails over night, when every time I check the "junk mail" I mark all of them to be blocked. Some of them seem to be the same ones over and over. I have another e mail account through AT&T and the junk mail or spam hardly ever has anything in it. Why does Microsoft let so much junk in and does the "block" not work or are they actually selling our e mail address to some of these companies?
