I like the simple implementation of this in OWA and Outlook Mobile where I can just click a button to undo a message. Being able to undo has saved my neck plenty of times.

This is a great feature to avoid emails going into a never-ending pile of flagged messages you never see again :)

Ultimately, I think there needs to be feature parity across Outlook experiences. Outlook for Mac has some great features missing in Windows and vice versa.

I believe this was a recently announced feature in a blog post, can you please update this idea?
Outlook mobile is a great client as is and multi-instance or window support would take it to the next level.

This would be an extremely useful feature for users whose primary workflow is on mobile

Thanks for your feedback. We are looking into the icon issue.
Gmail will show up in a separate tab. Simply return to previous tab for access to your Microsoft account.

I like the promise of this feature a lot but as others have stated, some work with the integration needs to be done. A Gmail icon in the left pane to quickly switch acccounts would be useful.
Would it also be possible to allow for this functionality without having to switch to a new tab? Make it more like desktop Outlook?

Hi everyone – thanks for your patience, this is definitely something we’re working on!

As I've stated in other areas, this is a great productivity idea and its already possible on Outlook for Mac.

Can someone provide an update on this? Been sitting here for a year and the Mac received the feature first and the mobile apps supports it as well.
Need to unify the Outlook experiences

Hi everyone. We are working to bring Pin to Outlook for Windows. Pin is now available in the Insider ring (formerly Insider Fast) for folks willing to give it a try. – David from the product team.

This would be helpful to drive a consistent customer experience on top of being really useful. If it's available on one platform, it should be available on all.

This is a feature in iOS and Outlook for Mac. Would help with the consistency issues with Outlook experiences across platforms.

Thank you to everyone who voted. We’re happy to report that we’re working on sync’ing signatures across devices. More details to come as we have them.
Sincerely,

Would be a great experience on Windows and across your Outlook experience. Store the sig in O365 and let Outlook mobile, Mac, Windows, and OWA use it.

I think Outlook on the desktop could benefit from some kind of fusion with Outlook on the web or some way to keep those experiences relatively consistent. Outlook on the web has a nice wizard that's easy to get to for OOF.
Alternatively, you can search for it in the "Tell me what you want to do" search field.

We need more specific examples of what you’re trying to accomplish from those who have voted for this feature. Are you trying to integrate with a third party application and just need CalDav support? Or are you trying to access your calendar hosted on a different service like iCloud or Yahoo? Please comment with your specific needs.
Thank you for your continued participation in making Outlook for Mac better. An error occurred while saving the comment Chaz Weber commented
My original vote was to add support for 3rd party services like Google (which is being integrated fully anyway) but folks using other services still may appreciate it.
Ultimately, Outlook should be our one stop shop for our email needs.

This was a great feature that should be implemented in other Outlook experiences. The information shared was informative and easy to read. The Outlook for Windows implementation is hard for other users to read and understand
