Can this be added to the 'Rules' creation process?
Also, in addition can this be added to New, Replying or Forwarding email messages? A simple click to popup what option I want...
+ Use signature (default)
+ Use which signature options I have created, example...
- [name only]
- [name & address]
- [name, address & phone]
- [etc...]I should be able to easily choose with one click within any given email state that I have open.

Hello all,
While this request is being reviewed for future consideration please try this workaround solution:
• Click on the Deleted Items Folder
• Click on View tab on the command bar
• Choose “Change View – Manage View” command on the command bar
• Click “New” in the right to create a new
• Name the view “Calendar”
• Pick the Day/Week/Month “type of view”
• Click OK. Now you should get dialog that lets you customize the view.
• Now click on Columns –
Change the select available fields in bottom-left to All Appointments Fields
Select the “Start” field on the left and Click Start → on the right.
Select the “End” field on the left and Click End → on the right.
Click OK
• Click on Filter…
Click on the “Advanced Tab”
Click on the Field Drop Down – All Mails Field – “Message Class”

Agreed, put the category assignment back to the way it was.
It fathoms me to understand why productivity was taken away when that is what MS promotes. Its best if data was collected prior to determining if a feature is no longer going to be supported. Let it be voted on before it is deleted. Publish it to everyone BEFORE it is removed? It is not right to expect users to the spend time and money of what is wrong.

Provide a feature to recall an email Microsoft Outlook installed or accessed as a part of Office 365

Personally features should be common between Desktop (Outlook) & OWA (Outlook.com). If one does not apply to the other, then the feature should be greyed out and stated for OWA only or desktop only
