like most people are saying ...why do we have to comment on absolutely everything that is wrong and needed with this email system? every other email system from Gmail Comcast to you name it, does not have a system built by 3rd graders. I find this whole thing very suspect! Microsoft- you already know what to do and how to include all the features we already had. You are doing it as we speak with Microsoft Office and continuing continuing outlook.com with businesses and employees. I have Microsoft Office on my laptop with with the version of Outlookcom that we were all used to n it still exists and still the older version or original version of outlook.com and has everything people are requesting unless your goal is to get us all by microsoft office so we have to pay for a better or actually the original outlook.com email system. my tablet had to be wiped out and reinstalled with the apps and I argued with the Samsung person who put me on Outlook instead of outlook.com that this is not the right email format I had before. I finally found it and showed the Samsung person the difference. he totally agreed outlook.com was far superior. how can you just take away the system we were all using with all the features that are no brainers ***** up our contacts and the entire way we use email without our permission first! why not give us the choice? why not do a test to see if people like it? what could possibly be the rationale to force this down our throats without doing any market research first. I am quite sure nobody at Microsoft uses this so why do we have to? why can't you give us options and check with all the millions of Microsoft users before deciding to invade our phones with your dictatorship. how did anything like this even happen? obviously it does not benefit one user, somehow it must benefit Microsoft with no regard to your customers. before you can correct this insane email system, you've already lost millions of users who will go elsewhere like Gmail. there's gotta be some insane and money greedy reason you'd be doing this. I believe you doing this to get us all to buy microsoft office to get the outlook.com email which still exist with Windows Office

what Google did was delete outlook.com as the app we were all using and replaced it with Outlook which is not the same at all! it looks different it is completely a different app. outlook.com looks like what you have on your Windows computers at work or home with Windows Office. this is the main email and windows version we are used to. a lot of people think it's a outlook upgrade as it says, but what it really is is taking away outlook.com. outlook emails always looked like. but not outlook.com which is the same and is not the upgrade Google is referring to and devices that use use google products. outlook.com is still the same and that's what they took away, you can't even download it from the Play Store like you used to be able to do because that's what I did on my phone and tablet which are unfortunately ,Samsung. Outlook.com was and still can sync emails on your phone, tablet and laptop because most laptops at home and all laptops in offices use Microsoft Office which uses outlook.com. before this Google alleged update on Outlook which again it is not it is just deleting Outlook.com from us & that is able to delete emails from ur phone tablet and laptop also. Microsoft outlook is not the same as outlook.com and is not allowing that or syncing of contacts and every other feature people are complaining about. Google literally took that option out of our products whose companies namely Samsung products have a relationship with Google as to get us to only use Google products and they no longer support Microsoft products. Google stopped supporting Microsoft's Exchange ActiveSync in the contacts a little while ago and doesn't allow changes because they want you to use Gmail as the backup for contacts, photos emails and everything else that Microsoft could supply and does a better job at it! If I can't have my phone in tablet without outlook.com that syncs all with my laptop with Windows Office and outlook.com and the contacts which did sync before from my samsung phone to my laptop but no longer does because Google is not sharing, working with or supporting Microsoft products only Google products. If the world has to choose between the two of them, most individual people and all of the business world that operates on Windows and outlook.com we would all pick Microsoft and Windows. its a system of emails, saving and creating contacts etc that is so far superior to Google products. that's what they're set up to do. nobody uses Gmail at work and if Google will no longer allow outlook.com or allow our contacts to sync with our windows based devices, Google will lose because nobody will choose Google's forced and insuperior products over Microsoft Windows products. I'll just get a Windows Phone a different tablet, not Samsung and Microsoft Office is free for those devices and everything will sync without a hitch because I've seen how cool windows Office is in doing those things. it automatically syncs all the information with email phone number address etc and you have one system that syncs perfectly everything you need. It looks outlook.com always did that you want back and backs it all up because that's what they're in the business of doing. Google go back to just search if you can't bring back outlook.com and what everybody is asking 4 that you took away from us. Google, you can't even play in Microsoft windows arena and you just sealed the deal by cutting them out for everybody who has Samsung & other companies who force you to use Google without also allowing Microsoft products

put back outlook.com not outlook which are two totally different email formats 1 sinks my Hotmail account between my phone tablet and laptop so I don't have to delete them from 3 different devices. I use Gmail and Google products on my galaxy phone and tablet but both are going back and I will no longer be buying Samsung products who have to do whatever Google says due to their relationship with Google. when Google starts calling the shots on my phone and tablet you're going to lose my business and I'm guessing most everybody else is from the posts I did use Gmail and Google products then you got greedy and the contacts on my phone no longer sync with my Windows laptop neither company is going to get far by cutting out the other one. The company that allows both Google and Microsoft to play together on phones tablets and laptops will win! and if neither do, Google and Samsung will lose especially Google. too many people use Microsoft Office including every office in the country and we need outlook.com, the format everybody uses and is used to. you take that away this phone and tablet go back two windows products and will never be Samsung or any other company affiliated with Google. Google you don't have a chance against Microsoft when it comes to emails contacts Microsoft Office products or anything else. I don't know why you would force people to cancel you, but we all will! bring back microsoft.com in two weeks or you're out!
