    None of those options are relevant except for verifying my account but when I follow the task card the button to verify is not there. I have tried changing my password and updating my phone number. No luck. I can receive emails just not send them. Every time I try I get an email with the following text. To continue sending messages, please sign in and validate your Outlook.com account.

    I can’t send emails. I get an email each time telling me I need to verify my account (that I’ve had for 5 years). I follow the instructions and there is no way of verifying the account. The virtual assistant tells me to email to get a resolution. BUT I CANT EMAIL
