I changed my operating system language to be English, since I sometimes present my screen to other people, which do not understand my native language. Outlook respects this setting and adapts the UI to be in English as well.
However, Outlook does not change the folder names, e.g. the folder which is supposed to be named "Sent" is called "Gesendet" on my machine. Furthermore, I can't rename it.
Sure, this is moaning at a high level, but it would be great if the whole application handles the language setting consistently.

Even after syncing several times, messages which were deleted from a folder (mails are auto-added by sender name) on the desktop are kept in the Android app and are not removed

The widget is not very useful compared to other apps as "business calendar". The differentiation between days is not really clear, its easy to confound one day with another.

The widget is very often totally out of sync, although the app shows everything correctly.

The font is way too large for the widget.

The in-app calendar is not scalable.

Please have a look on sth like "business calendar pro" which has tons of custumization features.

The only reason I use this app is because my company blocks all other exchange clients. I love MS and all its work the recent years, especially for developers, but to be honest, if I could, I'd remove this app from my phone.
