    This is the answer of the helpdesk:

    This is how the app works but there is a gotcha in there.
    When you forward the email without tap in the load more, the message is going to be sent keeping the HTML format.
    If you tap on the load full message the app is not able to compose HTML emails, that's why it generates that ugly plain text.

    I had the same problem and this is the answer for forwarding html mail.

    Here are the news:

    at the moment when i remove the spam the spam will go to the trash folder. because this is spam i do not want it to move from one to another folder.
    also it would be nice to delete all spam with one button and not piece by piece.
