The popup windows on meeting notifications should not be popping up when the meetings are attended / completed through the links provided through pop-up windows.
Since, the meetings schedule/timeframe is fixed in Outlook Calendar, there should not be any popup windows once the meeting(s) time /duration is completed since there is no point in displaying about a finished meeting.
At there should be an option in the settings to set the status of the popping up windows about the meetings.Krishna supported this idea ·
