Sorry about the inconvenience. Can you confirm if the folders you are not seeing on Outlook through a mobile browser are visible on Outlook through a desktop browser? This will help us figure out what’s going wrong.
Well because of illegal parties deleting files without me noticing I would like a back up deleted files for only the servicer to obtain and the consumer to getthe information from services through their policies.1 vote
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have a few questions to understand what’s going wrong.
1. Is the entire inbox empty or are only a few mails missing?
2. Is this an intermittent issue? Are the mails sometimes visible and sometimes not?
3. Are you trying to look for the mails through the search icon or are you scrolling to the date to search for the mail?
Do write back to us with your answers. We thank you for the continued patronage.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you tell us more about what’s happening when you try to reply to an email?
