Show me timeslots between meetings. I have missed meetings due to double bookings being laid out after each other.
It’s too much effort to look at the duration of a meeting and try to calculate if I have an available time slot inbetween. Or indeed if I am double booked. I need the calendar to be useable at a glance but at the moment it’s not working for me that way.
Please make use of different calendar views based on your needs. We have two calendar views – Day view & Agenda view. You can switch between views using “view switcher” icon at the calendar header.
Agenda view provides a linear list of all the events in the day. Easy to quickly scan events in the day.
Day view is a grid view, with events represented against time. To have better view of duration & conflicts it is recommended to use day view.
