I am unable to see support inbox/ another inbox
We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently don’t support the ability to open shared mailboxes or other mailboxes that you have permissions to access.
To open these mailboxes, you can access Outlook from a desktop browser or use the Outlook mobile app that can be downloaded from the iOS and Android app store.
Access to shared emails is so critical, how can this not be considered, especially since the older mobile browser site can do this.
I can't receive any new emails while all my other class mates can
This is crazy. How could shared mailboxes be missing?
The Outlook mobile app does not allow you to access shared Inboxes. The only mobile way to do this was via 365 online. If you remove this functionality you make it as useless as the Outlook app.
Your outlook app is garbage.
How about adding some functionality to be able to access shared mail boxes via mobile? Surely common sense applies in a multi billion dollar company? Jesus.
I hope you don't remove the old version before you can read shared inboxes in the new version.
The Inboxes I am a Delegate for are not visible in the new version. Why does Microsoft so often neglect Delegate functionality?!?
Will this fonctionnality be online very soon ?
How can we see the shared calendar with our manager ? I can only see mine. It is very convenient to have this possibility when you are not at your desk. Thank your for all the other changes. It looks great and fast ! At last !

Don't mobile app , Don't desktop browser .
I wanna see mobile browser.
I want to be able to see my shared mailboxes as well as my personal account. This is a basic requirement. I can’t believe you’ve released your beta without this functionality, or without it being plainly obvious how to use it if it does exist.
I need to be able to see shared mailboxes or personal ones of colleagues where I have access to. Either this is hidden really good or isn't implemented yet.
