We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently don’t support the ability to open shared mailboxes or other mailboxes that you have permissions to access.
To open these mailboxes, you can access Outlook from a desktop browser or use the Outlook mobile app that can be downloaded from the iOS and Android app store.

Thanks for the feedback. We are currently reviewing this request.
I want to disable the new feature that automatically bins my e-mail into “relevant” and “other”. I want to see every e-mail in one list.13 votes
Thank you for your feedback. We currently don’t have the option in Outlook on the mobile browser to let you switch off the Focused/Other toggle. We will consider building it soon.
In the meantime you can switch off this option from Outlook on a desktop browser and that should disable the feature for Outlook on the mobile browser too.
Steps to switch off Focused/Other Inbox from Outlook on a desktop browser:
1. Tap the gear icon to open the Settings side pane.
2. Click “View all Outlook settings”.
3. You will find the “Focused Inbox” option under the “Mail” tab and “Layout” sub tab.
Let us know if this doesn’t work for you.
In the old web outlook I could switch between Personal and Group Mailbox.
No such option exists in the new one.3 votes
Sorry for the inconvenience. We currently don’t have support for Group mailboxes. You will only be able to see the mails for Groups that you follow in your inbox. To see the Group mailbox you can use the Outlook app available on the iOS and Android store.
I think the web version of outlook had been updated, but after that I am no longer able to download all the attachment of an email to one drive, this is really troublesome , pls restore!2 votes
Sorry for the inconvenience. The feature to save an attachment to any of the cloud locations is currently unavailable. In the meantime you could download the file and upload it to OneDrive via the OneDrive mobile app.
Thank you for your feedback. Are you referring to controls to format the text when you’re composing emails?
Wtf are you doing? Now I have to read tiny text to figure out what day a message came in? Put the day dividers back. This is awful design.
